3. Mr. Bharat Gulati - Currently Head-Commercial Finance (reporting to Mr. Aditya Jain, CFO) has tendered his resignation effective July 14, 2026. His successor will be announced in due course.

Mr. Bharat Gulati submitted his resignation letter stating he is leaving "to pursue other opportunities outside the company."
