• Debopriya Sengupta, Vice-President – Human Resource (Employee Trustee)
• Ankur Jolly, Vice-President – Legal (Employee Trustee)
• Shivank Aggarwal, Internal Auditor (Employee Trustee)
• Manoj Khanna, Independent Trustee (appointed as an individual in place of the corporate trustee as proposed in the postal ballot notice dated July 16, 2026)

All appointees are eligible to be appointed as trustees in terms of Regulation 3(4) of the SEBI SBEB Regulations.
