Key Changes Effective July 27, 2026

The Board of Directors, on the recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, approved the following senior management changes:

Appointment of Mr. Abhish Jain

  • Position: Head - Financial Planning and Analysis
  • Reporting To: Mr. Aditya Jain, Executive Director and CFO of Whirlpool of India Limited
  • Qualifications: Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India
  • Experience: Approximately 12 years handling multiple finance roles including commercial finance, financial planning and analysis, and manufacturing finance within and outside India
  • Company History: Joined Whirlpool in 2014; previously worked with Whirlpool Corporation, US
  • Expertise: Forecasting automation, cash flow management, predictive modeling, and FP&A governance

Transition of Ms. Charu Aggarwal

  • Current Position: Head - Financial Planning and Analysis (transitioning out)
  • New Position: Head - Commercial Finance
  • Reporting To: Continues to report to Mr. Aditya Jain, Executive Director and CFO
