Whirlpool India Re-designates Arvind Uppal as Non-Executive Director

Whirlpool of India's Board re-designated Mr. Arvind Uppal from Executive to Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, effective immediately subject to shareholder approval.
The Board reconstituted its Audit, Nomination and Remuneration, and Risk Management Committees following Mr. Uppal's re-designation.
Mr. Uppal holds an engineering degree from IIT Delhi and an MBA, with over 36 years of experience in business development and leadership.
