Mr. Nishant Hundiwala, Chief Financial Officer of Elica India, has tendered his resignation effective March 31, 2027 for personal reasons.
Appointments:
Mr. Anish Ahuja, current Chief Operating Officer (since September 1, 2026), will take over as Managing Director of Elica India effective April 1, 2027. He will report to the Chairman of the Board of Elica India.
Mr. Abhish Jain, current Director Finance at Whirlpool of India Limited, will move as Chief Financial Officer of Elica India effective April 1, 2027. He will report to the Managing Director of Elica India.
