White Cliff Minerals Shares Surge After Hancock Prospecting Stake
On 15 September 2026, White Cliff Minerals announced that Hancock Prospecting had agreed to subscribe for approximately 500 million shares of the company. The subscription values the investment at A$8.8 million (US$6.28 million) based on a price of A$0.017 per share, which was the last closing price. The transaction grants Hancock Prospecting, owned by Australia’s richest person Gina Rinehart, a 13.5% equity stake in White Cliff Minerals.
