The 36th Annual General Meeting is scheduled to be held on September 30, 2026, at 11:00 AM IST through Video Conferencing (VC) facility / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM).

The cut-off date for determining shareholders without registered email addresses was August 28, 2026.
The communication also serves as a reminder to shareholders to update their KYC details pursuant to SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/POD-1/P/CIR/2024/37 dated May 07, 2024, and to dematerialize physical securities. The mandatory requirements include recording PAN, Address with PIN code, Mobile Number, Bank Account details, Specimen Signature, and choice of Nomination for security holders holding securities in physical mode. While email registration is optional, it is requested to avail online services.
As per the SEBI circular, security holders holding physical securities whose folios do not have updated PAN, Choice of Nomination, contact details, Bank Account details, and Specimen Signature will be eligible for any payment (including dividend, interest, or redemption payment) only through electronic mode with effect from April 1, 2024.
