This disclosure reports the outcome of a postal ballot process conducted by Williamson Financial Services Limited. The ballot sought shareholder approval for a single resolution via remote e-voting (E-voting).

The E-voting period commenced at 09:00 a.m. (IST) on Friday, 26th June, 2026, and concluded at 5:00 P.M. (IST) on Saturday, 25th July, 2026. The record date for determining shareholder eligibility to vote was 19th June 2026, on which date there were 7569 shareholders.
