Voting Arrangements
In compliance with Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 and Regulation 44 of the Listing Regulations, the company is providing facility for members to exercise their right to vote electronically. The e-voting services will be provided by MUFG Intime India Private Limited at https://instavote.linkintime.co.in/.
Key Dates
- Cut-off date for determining shareholder eligibility: July 16, 2026
- E-voting period: July 20, 2026 (9:00 AM) to July 22, 2026 (5:00 PM)
- AGM date: July 23, 2026 at 01:00 PM IST
The cut-off date of July 16, 2026 will be used to ascertain the names of members entitled to cast votes electronically and also for the purpose of receiving dividend, if declared at the AGM.
