Winro Commercial (India) Limited has made a regulatory disclosure to BSE Limited regarding the resignation of Mr. Jitendra Parihar (Membership No. A40734) from the position of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, which also constitutes a Key Managerial Personnel role.
The resignation was tendered via letter dated 11th June 2026 and becomes effective at the close of business hours on Friday, 24th July 2026. The stated reason for resignation is to pursue career opportunities outside the company.
Mr. Parihar has confirmed that there are no other material reasons for his resignation beyond those mentioned in his resignation letter. Consequently, he will cease to be a Key Managerial Personnel and the person authorized under Regulation 30(5) of the SEBI LODR Regulations for determining materiality of events and making disclosures to stock exchanges effective from 24th July 2026.
The Board of Directors has placed on record its sincere appreciation for Mr. Parihar's valuable services during his tenure and wishes him success in future endeavors.
The disclosure is made pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A Para A 7(C) of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, and includes reference to SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July 2023.
