Winsome Breweries Limited has intimated the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) about an upcoming meeting of its Board of Directors. The Board Meeting is scheduled to be held on Saturday, 14 November, 2026, at 04:00 P.M. The meeting will take place at the company's Corporate Office located at D-61, Okhla Industrial Area, Phase-1, New Delhi-110020.
The primary agenda for the meeting is to consider and approve, inter-alia, the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended on 30 September, 2026.
Concurrently, the company has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons (insiders) in accordance with its Code of Conduct, which is based on the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and its 2018 amendment. The trading window is closed from 01 October, 2026. The closure will remain in effect until 48 hours after the official announcement of the financial results, which is specifically stated to be up to 16 November, 2026 (both days inclusive). The trading window will reopen on 17 November, 2026.
