Wipro Limited has completed an allotment of equity shares through its employee stock option plans on August 27, 2026. The allotment was made pursuant to the exercise of ESOPs under two separate schemes:
- Under the Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2007: 109,581 equity shares were allotted
- Under the Employee Stock Options, Performance Stock Unit and Restricted Stock Unit Scheme 2024: 24,240 equity shares were allotted
Total equity shares allotted: 133,821 shares
