Wipro Limited has granted 246,048 (Two Lakh Forty-Six Thousand and Forty-Eight) Restricted Stock Units to identified employees of the company. The grant was made under the company's Employee Stock Options, Performance Stock Unit and Restricted Stock Unit Scheme 2024 and is effective from October 12, 2026.
The vesting of these Restricted Stock Units will occur according to the vesting schedule approved by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board. Similarly, the exercise period for these units will be as approved by the Committee.
