Wipro Grants 3.92 Crore RSUs to Employees

Wipro granted 2.65 crore ADS Restricted Stock Units and 1.27 crore Restricted Stock Units to employees under its 2024 scheme.
The grant was made effective from May 4, 2026, to identified employees of Wipro and its subsidiary.
Vesting will occur according to the schedule approved by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
The RSUs can be exercised over the exercise period as approved by the Committee.
