Wipro Limited has granted 66,138 (Sixty Six Thousand One Hundred Thirty Eight) ADS Restricted Stock Units under the Company's Employee Stock Options, Performance Stock Unit and Restricted Stock Unit Scheme 2024. The grant was made to identified employees of the Company and its subsidiary.
The grant is effective from July 3, 2026. The units shall vest according to the vesting schedule approved by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board. The units can be exercised over the exercise period as approved by the Committee.
