Wipro Limited disclosed a regulatory filing regarding the grant of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) to its employees.
The company granted 251,141 ADS RSUs and 456,181 RSUs under its Employee Stock Options, Performance Stock Unit and Restricted Stock Unit Scheme 2024.
The grant is effective from April 7, 2026, and will vest according to the schedule set by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
The RSUs can be exercised over an exercise period approved by the Committee.
