Wipro Re-appoints Tulsi Naidu Independent Director

Wipro Board approves re-appointment of Tulsi Naidu as Independent Director for a second 5-year term effective July 1, 2026.
Re-appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming general meeting.
Ms. Naidu currently chairs the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and serves on the Audit Committee.
She brings 29 years of financial services experience from Zurich Insurance and Prudential Plc.
