Wipro to Acquire Mindsprint for $375M in Olam-Linked Deal

Wipro to acquire 100% of Mindsprint for $375M in cash, subject to regulatory approvals and expected to close by June 30, 2026.
The acquisition is part of a larger 8-year, over $1B strategic transformation deal with Olam Group, a $50B+ food and agri-business.
Mindsprint is an IT services provider with 3,200+ employees and $135.6M in 2025 revenue, serving the food and agri-business sector.
