Wisec Global Appoints CFO and Internal Auditor

Wisec Global's Board met on 25th March 2026 to approve two key managerial appointments effective the same date.
Mr. Rakesh Rampal (DIN: 01537696) was appointed as CFO and KMP under Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013.
Mr. Mithlesh Gupta (DIN: 10665124) was appointed as Internal Auditor under Section 138 of the Companies Act, 2013.
