WPIL Subsidiary Wins ZAR 7.58bn South African Water Contract

WPIL's South African subsidiary PCI Africa, as part of a consortium, received a ZAR 7.583 billion (₹4,405 crore) water supply scheme order from Umgeni-Uthukela Water.
PCI Africa's share of the contract is ZAR 2.017 billion (₹1,172 crore) for the Lower Umkhomazi Bulk Water Supply Scheme Phase 2 construction project.
The construction duration is 36 months excluding defects notification period, and the order does not constitute a related party transaction.
