WS Industries (India) Limited has complied with Regulation 36(1)(a) and (b) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 regarding circulation of its Annual Report.
The company dispatched its 63rd Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26 on 27th August, 2026 to all members whose names appeared in the Register of Members/List of Beneficial Owners as on the cut-off date of 21st August, 2026.
The dispatch was conducted through two methods:
- An email with a web-link providing access to download the full Annual Report was sent on 27th August, 2026 to all shareholders who have registered their email addresses with either the Company or the Depositories
- A physical letter providing the web-link and exact path where the complete Annual Report is available was sent on 27th August, 2026 to shareholders who have not registered their email addresses
The Annual Report is also available on the Company's website at www.wsindustries.in for general access.
