Overview
On July 22, 2026, XLRI – Xavier School of Management in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, convened the fifth edition of its flagship digital transformation conclave, ReEnvision 5.0, under the theme “Human‑AI Synergy.” The event gathered over 150 participants, among them more than 12 senior leaders from prominent organisations such as Google, Kimberly‑Clark, Barclays India Pvt. Ltd., IIFL Capital Services, Blackboard, and Safexpress.
Inauguration
The conclave was inaugurated by Dr. (Fr.) George Sebastian, SJ, accompanied by Prof. A. Kanagaraj and other distinguished guests. Their opening remarks stressed the necessity of responsible innovation, ethical AI adoption, and deeper collaboration between academia and industry, asserting that sustainable success hinges on technology amplifying rather than replacing human capabilities.

1. Co‑pilot to Autopilot – The Rise of Agentic AI

AI Case Challenge
A standout feature of ReEnvision 5.0 was the AI Case Challenge, where three student teams presented innovative solutions to real‑world business problems. An esteemed panel of industry leaders provided interactive feedback, showcasing the participants’ strategic thinking, analytical capabilities, and practical problem‑solving skills.
Organisation and Hosting
The conclave was coordinated by a student organising committee comprising Abirami S, Utkrisht Suri, Stuti Patwardhan, Morris S, and Muskan Gupta. The three panel discussions were seamlessly moderated by Hardik Dhawan, Nimish Batra, and Harishwar S, while Devika and Shaima served as hosts.
