Xpro India Appoints Girish Behal as Managing Director

Xpro India's Board appointed Girish Behal as Managing Director effective January 1, 2027, subject to shareholder approval.
Suhana Murshed was re-appointed as Independent Director for a second five-year term starting July 20, 2026.
Both appointments were approved at the Board meeting held on May 20, 2026, under SEBI Listing Regulations.
Behal brings 25 years of chemical industry experience; Murshed is a legal expert with M&A specialization.
