XTGlobal Infotech's US subsidiary XTGlobal Inc. secured a 14-month contract worth USD 1.59 million (approx. INR 14.8 crores) from a U.S. State Transportation Agency.
The project involves modernizing 230+ internal enterprise forms using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) with WCAG-compliant accessibility standards.
The order is in the normal course of business, not a related party transaction, and requires no regulatory approvals in India.
