Yash Chemex Limited has scheduled a meeting of its Board of Directors for Friday, 14th August 2026. The meeting will consider and approve the following matters:
- Un-Audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June 2026
- Un-Audited Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June 2026
- Any other matter with the permission of the Chair
The disclosure is made pursuant to Regulation 29(1) and Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended.
The company also confirmed that the trading window for dealing in Equity Shares by Designated Persons has been closed since 24th June 2026, as previously communicated to BSE Limited. The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the Un-Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June 2026. This closure is in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
