Mrs. Jinal Dineshbhai Shah (DIN: 07467703) ceased as Independent Director of Yash Chemex effective 29th March 2026.
Her retirement follows completion of two consecutive terms as Non-Executive Independent Director of the company.
Post-retirement, the board comprises six directors including two executive promoters and four independent directors.
