In accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended), the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all designated employees, their immediate relatives, specified persons, and connected persons. The closure period is from Thursday, 30th July 2026 until 48 hours after the Board of Directors announces its recommendation of dividend, which is scheduled to be made on 3rd August 2026.
