YES BANK LIMITED has intimated the allotment of equity shares to BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited. The Nomination & Remuneration Committee of the Bank approved the allotment of 2,76,471 (Two Lakh Seventy Six Thousand Four Hundred Seventy One) equity shares of face value of ₹2 each on July 24, 2026. This allotment was made pursuant to the exercise of 2,76,471 stock options under the YBL PESOP 2020 Plan, YBL PESOP 2025 Plan (under YBL ESOS 2020 Scheme), and YBL RSU Plan, 2024.
The Bank realized an amount of ₹37,71,412.88 (Rupees Thirty Seven Lakh Seventy One Thousand Four Hundred and Twelve and Eighty Eight Paise only) from the exercise of these stock options.
Capital Structure Impact
Consequent to this allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Bank has increased:
- Pre-allotment: ₹62,774,651,362, consisting of 31,387,325,681 equity shares of ₹2 each.
- Post-allotment: ₹62,775,204,304, consisting of 31,387,602,152 equity shares of ₹2 each.
