YES BANK allotted 50,89,979 equity shares on May 07, 2026 pursuant to exercise of stock options under YBL ESOS 2020 and RSU 2024 plans.
The Bank realized ₹7.14 crore from the exercise of these stock options, increasing its paid-up capital.
The allotment was approved by the Bank's Nomination & Remuneration Committee and disclosed per SEBI LODR Regulations.
