Instruments include: non-convertible debentures, MTN (Medium Term Notes), bonds (including Tier I/Tier II capital bonds), long-term infrastructure bonds, convertible debentures, convertible preference shares, foreign currency convertible/exchangeable bonds
Securities may be issued from offshore branches and/or IBU at GIFT City IFSC
Issuance may occur in one or more tranches and/or series
Placement basis: private placement in domestic and/or overseas markets
Subject to RBI regulations and other regulatory authorities' requirements
