Yogi Appoints Independent Director for Yogi Homes

Yogi Limited discloses the appointment of its Independent Director, Mr. Rahul Prakash Khedekar, to the board of its unlisted subsidiary, Yogi Homes Private Limited.
The appointment was made in compliance with SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015, and was intimated to BSE under Regulation 30.
Mr. Khedekar has over 5 years of experience in the real estate business and is not debarred from holding the office of director.
