Yuken India appointed Mr. Rakesh Kumar A as Chief Executive Officer effective April 29, 2026.
The appointment was approved by the Board based on Nomination Committee recommendation.
Mr. Kumar brings 32 years of experience with the company across engineering and leadership roles.
He previously served as Chief Operating Officer since 2024 overseeing all business verticals.
