Yuken India intimated retirement of CEO Mr. Venkatakrishnan A effective close of business on April 27, 2026.
The retirement is due to completion of his tenure as per appointment terms, disclosed under SEBI LODR Regulation 30.
The Board of Directors will formally note the retirement at its ensuing meeting.
