Announcement
YuVerse, a Yubi Group company, announced the launch of four new AI platforms—YuBuild, YuVin Studio, YuVals and YuCamp—at its Yunite flagship event held on 27 August 2026 at the Taj Santacruz in Mumbai.
Product Details
YuBuild is an AI‑agent building platform that enables businesses to create, test and deploy agents across voice, WhatsApp and chat. Each agent passes through a multi‑stage QA pipeline that scores readiness before live deployment, carries context across channels so a customer can resume a conversation on a different medium, and includes a prompt builder pre‑loaded with domain knowledge for common flows.
YuVin Studio is an AI video generation solution that lets teams produce, personalise and publish video content at scale. A guided, template‑driven workflow takes a brief to a finished video, and the platform can generate up to one million personalised videos in a single day. Templates support fully and semi‑personalised production, and videos can be edited directly within the platform.
YuVals is an AI‑powered voice‑analytics QA tool that automatically scores every call, providing 100 % call coverage instead of manual sampling. It offers smart sampling for statistically representative scores, fully configurable scoring parameters without code, and audit‑ready real‑time reports built for compliance.
YuCamp is a self‑service campaign management platform that allows organisations to design, run and optimise engagement campaigns across voice, AI voice bots, SMS, RCS, email and WhatsApp. Its Strategy Builder and Processing Engine support custom and event‑driven strategies, while real‑time dashboards display calls, messages, responses and performance metrics, with full transcripts and audio logs recorded for transparency.
Performance Highlights
YuVerse cited several deployment outcomes: a 25 % uplift in performance on a fully autonomous lending conversation covering nearly five lakh dialled accounts; voice bots that outperformed human tele‑callers on late‑stage collections by 17 % to 66 %; a 90 % reduction in turnaround time for document decisioning for a leading NBFC; and a WhatsApp‑led EMI reminder campaign that achieved a 92 % payment response from contacted customers within six days.
Panel Discussion
The event featured a panel on scaling AI from pilots to enterprise impact, with Chandrashekhar Bhide (Co‑Founder, Lithion Power), Varun Bhalla (Director, Sales, CRIF), Indraneel Pandit (Chief Digital Officer, Federal Bank) and Rohit Makhija (Executive Director, Head of Data Chapter, DBS Bank). The discussion addressed how AI moves from proof‑of‑concept to measurable business impact, data challenges, governance, and the balance between experimentation and explainability in banking.

Quote
"The interesting shift with AI isn't that it replaces what people do, it's that it changes what a team can reach without months of custom engineering," said Mathangi Sri Ramachandran, CEO and Co‑founder of YuVerse.
