The Board of Directors, at its meeting held on Tuesday, July 21, 2026, approved the authorization of the following four Key Managerial Personnel to determine materiality of any event or information and make disclosures to stock exchanges:

The Board Meeting commenced at 11:00 AM (IST) and concluded at 12:45 PM (IST). The authorization enables these designated personnel to severally determine materiality and make disclosures as required under SEBI LODR regulations.
