Nature of the Agreement
Zaggle will provide its "Zaggle Zoyer" platform to Bandhan AMC Limited.
Key Terms and Conditions
- The agreement is with a domestic entity (Bandhan AMC Limited).
- The nature of the contract is a domestic agreement.
- The agreement shall remain valid and in force unless terminated according to its provisions (no fixed term).
Financial Consideration
The value of the contract is not fixed. The quantum of the SaaS/Software fee is variable and depends on:
- The number of active users on the platform each month
- The corresponding program fee, which itself depends on the actual spends done by the users over time
- Due to this variable structure, the exact value/amount of the contract cannot be ascertained at this stage.
Related Party Considerations
- The promoter/promoter group/group companies have no interest in Bandhan AMC Limited.
- The order/contract does not fall within related party transactions.
