Zaitoon Honors 210+ Employees with Gold Coins on 17th Anniversary
Zaitoon Restaurant Group celebrated its 17th anniversary by recognising more than 210 employees who have each completed at least ten years of service. The felicitation ceremonies were conducted in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, and Bengaluru, where every honoured employee received a gold coin as a token of appreciation, and a select subset of the long‑serving staff were additionally presented with motorcycles.
Chief Executive Officer Noufal Narikkoli addressed the gathering, noting that the group, which began its journey in Chennai in 2009, now operates 24 branches across India, Qatar and the United Arab Emirates. He highlighted that the brand serves an estimated 15 million customers each year, underscoring that the sustained growth is a direct result of the dedication of its long‑tenured workforce.
Chief Operating Officer Fardan T. K. added that each decade of service reflects countless busy days, challenges overcome and responsibilities carried out with dedication. He pointed out that many of these senior employees have been instrumental in building teams, opening new outlets and welcoming generations of guests, and that rewarding them with gold coins and motorcycles makes the anniversary especially meaningful.
The press release reiterates Zaitoon’s philosophy of “Serving Moments” and its commitment to fostering a culture of appreciation as it continues to expand its presence across markets. The announcement was issued under an arrangement with Newsvoir, with PTI stating it takes no editorial responsibility for the content.
