Zarin Daruwala Joins SPJIMR Governing Council

Zarin Daruwala, Group CEO of PL Capital, was appointed to SPJIMR’s Governing Council, with her term starting April 15, 2026.
Daruwala adds 30+ years banking experience, including CEO of Standard Chartered India & South Asia and 26 years at ICICI Bank.
She also served on boards of ICICI Lombard, ICICI Securities, JSW Steel and is an independent director at PhonePe Ltd.
The council includes Shiv Shivakumar (Advent International), Yogi Sriram (Larsen & Toubro) and Rajesh Jejurikar (Mahindra & Mahindra).
