The Company has received a notice from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) on October 5, 2026 under Section 210(1)(a) & (c) of the Companies Act, 2013. The notice was issued by the Office of the Regional Director, Western Region - II, located at Everest, 5th & 6th Floor, 100 Marine Drive, Mumbai-400002, Maharashtra.
The nature of the action is an investigation under Section 210(1)(a) & (c) of the Companies Act, 2013, which is in continuation to the ongoing inspection under Section 206(5) of the Companies Act, 2013. The notice seeks certain information about the Company.
The Company has already provided the required information and will be providing further information and explanations as sought by the MCA. The disclosure states that there is no quantifiable impact on financial, operational or other activities of the listed entity in monetary terms.
The disclosure is made pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026.
