Zelio E Mobility Limited executed an MoU dated March 26, 2026 with K.P.H. Dream Cricket Pvt Ltd (Punjab Kings franchise) and ITW Catalyst Pvt Ltd for IPL 2026 sponsorship.
The sponsorship deal is valued at ₹1.50 crore (exclusive of taxes), covering branding, digital rights, in-stadia activation, and promotional rights.
The MoU tenure runs from March 25, 2026 to December 31, 2026, and is not a related-party transaction.
