Zen Technologies granted 6,000 ESOPs at an exercise price of ₹250 per option under its 2021 plan.
The grant was approved by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee on May 01, 2026.
Vesting for the options will commence after one year from the grant date.
The options are compliant with SEBI's Share Based Employee Benefits Regulations, 2021.
