Zenotech Laboratories Limited has provided intimation regarding its 37th Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM will be held on Friday, September 25, 2026 at 10:30 a.m. IST through Video Conferencing.
This communication follows an earlier communication dated July 28, 2026. The Annual Report and the formal Notice of the AGM will be released in due course. The Notice will contain details regarding: (i) the manner of registering/updating e-mail addresses and mobile numbers, (ii) the process for casting votes through e-voting, and (iii) the procedure for attending the AGM through Video Conferencing.
The Company has fixed Friday, September 18, 2026 as the "Cut-off Date". This date will be used to determine which shareholders are eligible to vote on the resolutions presented at the AGM and/or to attend the meeting.
