ZF Steering Gear (India) Limited has announced that its 46th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Monday, July 27, 2026, at 10:00 AM IST. The meeting will be conducted through Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM) in compliance with applicable circulars/notifications issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India.
The cut-off date for determining member eligibility to attend the AGM and vote on resolutions has been fixed as Monday, July 20, 2026. Voting can be conducted either through remote e-Voting or e-Voting during the AGM.
The Annual Report for FY 2025-26, along with the Notice of AGM, will be sent separately via email to members whose email addresses are registered with the Company, Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA), or Depository Participant(s) (DP).
Members are requested to register or update their PAN and KYC details, including email address, mobile number, and bank account details with the Company, Depositories, or RTA as applicable. Detailed instructions for attending the AGM through VC/OAVM and using the e-Voting facility will be provided in the Notice of AGM.
