ZIM Laboratories Completes AED 9.16L Subsidiary Investment

Investment Update

ZIM Laboratories Limited FZE (Wholly Owned Subsidiary) has completed the investment of AED 4,66,000 and AED 4,50,000 (total AED 9,16,000) in the share capital of ZIM Scientific Office LLC (Step-down Subsidiary).

This investment completion follows previous disclosures made on 28.03.2025 and 07.08.2025 regarding the approved investment amounts.

Post-investment, the shareholding structure remains unchanged with ZIM Laboratories Limited FZE maintaining 100% ownership of the total share capital of ZIM Scientific Office LLC.
