Zim Laboratories Limited disclosed an investment of ₹89.45 lakh (AUD 135,000) in its Australian subsidiary ZIMTAS Pty Ltd.
The investment represents 99.96% of ZIMTAS Pty Ltd's total share capital, increasing the company's ownership stake.
This disclosure is made pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 as a material corporate action.
The investment is part of a previously approved investment amount of up to ₹2.00 crores for subsidiary funding.
