Zinema Media EGM Approves Stake Acquisition, Share Issues

Zinema Media and Entertainment Limited held its EGM on March 28, 2026, passing all resolutions with requisite majority.
Key resolutions include acquisition of up to 60% equity stake in Beontyme Technologies via share swap and sweat equity issuance to directors.
The company also approved increase in authorised share capital and equity share issuance to Tulsea Media Private Limited for non-cash consideration.
