Zodiac Energy Limited has acquired a majority stake of 98% ownership interest in eight Limited Liability Partnerships (LLPs) through direct capital contribution and has been admitted as a partner therein. The Company shall act through its authorised representative as the Designated Partner of the LLPs. Accordingly, these LLPs have become subsidiaries of the Company with effect from September 16, 2026.
