The book closure will be in effect for equity shares of face value and paid-up value of Rs. 1/- each from Monday, September 21, 2026 to Monday, September 28, 2026 (both days inclusive).
The cut-off date for determining eligibility to participate in the AGM is Monday, September 21, 2026.
The 45th Annual General Meeting is scheduled to be held on Monday, September 28, 2026 at 02:00 p.m. through Video Conference/other audio video means.
