Zuari Agro Chemicals Limited has made a disclosure pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The company reported that it has repaid Inter Corporate Deposits (ICDs) amounting to ₹214.50 crore to Zuari Industries Limited on September 18, 2026. This repayment represents a partial settlement of the total ICDs availed by the company, which originally amounted to ₹258.50 crore.

Following this repayment, the outstanding ICD liability stands reduced to ₹44.00 crore (₹258.50 crore total minus ₹214.50 crore repaid).

The disclosure was signed by Asheeba Pereira, Company Secretary, and submitted to both the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited.
