Zuari Industries Limited has intimated the stock exchanges about its upcoming 58th Annual General Meeting (AGM) and related record dates.
The Fifty-Eighth Annual General Meeting of the members of the company is scheduled to be held on Monday, 21 September 2026 at 2:30 P.M. (IST). The meeting will be conducted through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM).
The company has fixed Monday, 14 September 2026 as the cut-off date for determining members eligible to vote on resolutions set out in the AGM notice and to attend the AGM.
The notice of AGM and annual report will be sent to shareholders in due course.
The disclosure is addressed to National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited, with copies to National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL), Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL), and Zuari Finserv Limited (RTA).
